It is hard to let your child leave hom...Hi, Kelli! It is hard to let your child leave home for 2 years and not be able to see them. When our boys go on their missions, it is a 24/7 thing. They commit to giving 100% of their time, energy and talents for 2 years to serve the people where they are called to go and to teach the scriptures and gospel of Jesus Christ. As hard as it is to let them go and not see them for 2 years, it is the BEST thing in the whole world for these boys. They become men, realize what is really important in life, and change lives in the process. I wouldn't change it for the world, but I am CERTAINLY excited to get him back home!
