I can't believe it's been 2 1/2 months since our little Baylor joined the family. She is delightful, beautiful, cuddly and just the sweetest little granddaughter. I so enjoyed using the April Stamp of the Month to document her birth. I created a random stamped design by stamping all of the cameras on Whisper Cardstock with Whisper Ink in a fun tone-on-tone pattern by turning them different directions, stamping off the page, but all the while leaving about the same amount of space between each of them. Creating my own patterned paper is one of my favorite things to do! Don't you love how it turned out? I also decided that a touch of gold sparkly cardstock and accents were the perfect touch. Normally, when using grey (a cool color) I would have gravitated toward silver, but I decided to 'break some rules' and go with the warmer gold on this layout. I actually really love the combination, even if I did break a few color rules.
