Color Me Monday on Tuesday

Yesterday, as every Monday, Jeanette Lynton posted this week's "Color Me Monday" combo on her blog. I LOVE these color combos and I look so forward to working with them each week. It is always a fun surprise to open her post and see what her amazingly creative brain has put together that week. I love that not only does she give the color combo, but she explains how and why she chose those colors to go together as well as including several samples of gorgeous artwork to go with it. Jeanette, you rock and you inspire me.

This week's color combo (CTMH colors) is: Clover Meadow, Heavenly Blue, Bamboo and Colonial White (see color swatch included with this post). I had some photos that my daughter, Kori had just given me that morning of my granddaughter, Daci on the 4th of July. PERFECT for this color combo...but I had to add just a tiny bit of Tulip to top it off.

I created a 2 page 12 x 12 layout. For the 1st page (left page), I used the Quilt Blocks pattern from one of CTMH's GREAT How-To books, Reflections. The right page I just did my own "thang."

Close To My Heart products used: July Word Puzzle Stamp Set (D1289), Bamboo Cardstock (1301), Colonial White Cardstock (1388), Heavenly Blue Textured Cardstock from the Spring Harmony Combo Pack (X5681), Animal Cookies Level 2 Paper Pack (X7112B), Animal Cookies Level 2 MyStickease (X7112C), It's a Guy Thing Level 2 Paper Pack (X7091B), Stardust Level 2 Paper Pack (X7109B), Foam Die Cuts Numbers (Z1162), Black Stamp Pad (Z2105), 3D Foam Tape (Z1151).

Click here to order from my website 24/7, even on the 4th of July...or any other holiday for that matter.
