Yep, no kidding. My son, Tannon asked for a deep fryer for his 18th birthday a few weeks ago. He is the funniest kid. He loves to play basketball and football, he loves Harry Potter and the Twilight series, he loves to cook, he loves to shop with me, loves to play "Halo" with the guys, he has the goofiest sense of humor, and he can have the tenderest heart (you can click on the layout to see it larger). Tannon has been frying everything in sight ever since his birthday.
This layout was made using the Pagemaps sketch from July 3, 2009.

Too funny, but hey, it's at least something he really wanted right! That's awesome!!
Hugs, Kelly
That's hilarious!!! You obviously made him very happy with that present!!
Our boys - I should say men - ask for some different things as they get older, don't they? Great layout, Karen!
Karen, that is so funny. My 15 year old asked for a deep fryer at Christmas last year. My husband and I have only used it once, but he uses it a couple times a week. I let him do his own cooking since he prefers different food than we like. Is it any wonder men want to give us appliances for holidays since they think nothing of asking for them for their special days.
Love your layout. The placement of the photos is very unique.
LOL! to funny....you will have to have him to a deep fried turkey at Thanksgiving...cooks up pretty fast and yummy! Hope he has a great FB season and that his had stays strong!
