March Play Group Scrappin' Class Layouts (Later Sk8r) and a Stamp of the Month Card

Here are the three 2-page 12" x 12" layouts we will be making in March (click on any photo to see it larger and in more detail). If you would like to participate, please contact me (801.360.9896, pedermom@aol.com) with your kit order no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 1. 

You can participate in my Play Group classes in one of three ways:

1.  Attend a class in person
2.  Host one in your home with your friends (and earn free product!). Call or email me to schedule your date (801.360.9896, pedermom@aol.com)
3.  Participate long distance. Just add $5 to the kit total you see to have your kit shipped directly  from me to you. (call or email me to order your kit: 801.360.9896, pedermom@aol.com)

In person class dates and times:

• Thursday evening, March 7,  7-10 pm in Pleasant Grove, UT
• Friday morning, March 8, 10 am - 1 pm in American Fork, UT

Brand New Granddaughter!

In my opinion, nothing could be more fitting than a brand new baby on my brand new blog. On Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009 our first grandchild was born. Daci Paras Roberts (5 lbs. 15 oz., 19.5" long) is as perfect as they come, if I do say so myself. My daughter, Kori and her hubby, Rick are already wonderful parents. I was even able to be there for the birth. I cannot even begin to describe what it was like watching my child give birth to my grandchild. I'll try: absolutely miraculous, awe-inspiring, and one of the most special experiences of my life. I was able to spend the last 5 days staying with Kori and Rick and helping with the baby. Coming home today was bittersweet. I am so happy to be back home with all the testosterone...I missed Dan and my wild-n-crazy boys! But, it broke my heart to leave that special little baby so new to this earth. I can smell her now just thinking about her. I love you, little Daci. Life is good!
