Family Tree Layout

Yesterday I posted 5 cards made with the Avonlea papers. Two of them were cards using the awesome new Family Tree stamp set. This layout features both the Avonlea papers and this stamp set. If you want to know how I made the tree, just refer to yesterday's post under the "Card #2" heading.

I love my family and had such a fun time creating this layout that shows them off.  It's kind of hard to see in the photo, but the background paper I used (from the Avonlea paper pack) for most of the background has genealogy brackets all over it. Perfect for anything family. I loooove that mint green floral paper from the kit as well.  Yummy.

CTMH products used:  Family Tree Stamp Set, Avonlea Paper PackChocolate Cardstock, CTMH/Cricut Artiste Cartridge, Chocolate Stamp Pad, Round Sponge, Chocolate Waxy Flax, Antiqued Gold Mini-Medley, Mocha Opaques, Slate Satin Polka Dot Ribbon, 3D Foam Tape.  As you can see, I have linked each product name to my website so you can see what the product is and easily just load it right into your shopping cart.

Here are a few detail photos of this layout.  You can always click on any photo to see it larger and in more detail.

Fantastic layout, Karen! Is the date wrong on Dawson's photo? I absolutely HATE when I type something and scrapbook and notice that I did it all wrong. Makes me want to do it all over again. :9

Awe...an elegant layout made with love. You have a beautiful family. I love that layout in the Make It From Your Heart book that is titled "Real Men Wear Pink". Makes me smile every time I see it. You have really made Avonlea shine. :)

I'm catching up on my blog reading, Karen, and this is such a beautiful layout! I may have to borrow your idea, as I'm finding lots of older photos of my mom and dad's. I think the B&W looks stunning with this paper!!
